Publishing your website can be done using FTP or Front Page extensions. You can also use our enhanced File Manager. You can access it from inside your members account.

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. Using this protocol you can publish your website in your account. There are many free FTP clients you can use.

How to use the FTP with my account?
First you should get FTP client. There are many free FTP clients at http://www.tucows.com.
Once you download the FTP you have to enter the host you will use to connect. The host is your domain.com or your subdomain.domain.com. The port is 21 and you have to use the same login and password as for the Control Panel.

Will I have unlimited access to update my website?
Yes, you can update your website as often as you'd like to. There are no limits on updating your site.

How many FTP accounts am I allowed to use?
Currently you are allowed to use only one FTP account. With this one FTP account you can manage all your domains and subdomains.

How do I connect to my account via FTP?
If you are using an FTP client, you must use the following settings:
- Host/Server: yourdomain.com (or any other virtual host name)
- Username: your account username
- Password: your FTP password
